Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the company's overall business planning, and formulate the annual purchase and sales plan.
- Formulate the strategic plan of coal management for the company, and increases the development of the whole chain of coal procurement and sales channels
- Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the market, classification of customers and effective communication with clients
- Lead the sales and operation team to take all feasible measures to complete the company's annual purchasing and sales tasks
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma: Bachelor degree or above
- Major: Foreign Trade, Business Administration, or English
- More than 5 years of experience in the same industry
- People Manager's experiences : more than 2 years
- Fluency in English. Chinese is a plus
- Strong communication and coordination skills, good sales skills and language skills;
- Have strong execution ability, strong patience and the spirit of not afraid of hitting the wall, and have the courage to stop until you reach your goal
- Have the ability to lead the team, be able to manage the team and work together, and have the mentality of helping team members make progress together
- Have the ability to analyze and solve problems.
