- Products to be in charged: Home Appliances (HA) of Southern area.
- Formulate sales strategy for HA products within assigned region, together with direction, action plan, sales forecast, budget planning.
- Develop and manage an effective distribution channel.
- Support and supervise distributors/dealers to achieve sales target
- Negotiate and construct appropriate trading terms and channel strategy.
- Analyze business data and market information, benchmark sales policy and products of competitors & propose new product line ups, sales policy and promotion programs.
- Monitor sales progress, give quick responses to market change.
- Cooperate with dealers for in-store promotions, display program, sub-dealer programs and sell-out scheme.
- Lead and motivate sales team to reach company’s goal.
- Establish good relationships with other departments in order to ensure the team delivers effective coordination across the business functions.
- Handle both sales goals and people management:
- Sales coaching
- Building sales team capability and evaluate performance of direct reports.
- More than 5 years experience in manager positions of relevant business industries.
- MS office (Excel, Power point)
- Advanced English is a must.
- No barrier for business trips.
- Strategic thinking and problem solving ability with strong analytical skills required.
- High level of integrity and work ethics are required.
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and a tight timeline.
