  • Products to be in charged: Home Appliances (HA) of Southern area.
  • Formulate sales strategy for HA products within assigned region, together with direction, action plan, sales forecast, budget planning.
  • Develop and manage an effective distribution channel.
  • Support and supervise distributors/dealers to achieve sales target
  • Negotiate and construct appropriate trading terms and channel strategy.
  • Analyze business data and market information, benchmark sales policy and products of competitors & propose new product line ups, sales policy and promotion programs.
  • Monitor sales progress, give quick responses to market change.
  • Cooperate with dealers for in-store promotions, display program, sub-dealer programs and sell-out scheme.
  • Lead and motivate sales team to reach company’s goal.
  • Establish good relationships with other departments in order to ensure the team delivers effective coordination across the business functions.
  • Handle both sales goals and people management:
    • Sales coaching
    • Building sales team capability and evaluate performance of direct reports.


  • More than 5 years experience in manager positions of relevant business industries.
  • MS office (Excel, Power point)
  • Advanced English is a must.
  • No barrier for business trips.
  • Strategic thinking and problem solving ability with strong analytical skills required.
  • High level of integrity and work ethics are required.
  • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and a tight timeline.
