JOB DESCRIPTION
- Capital management & Financial performance management
- Manage & optimize company cash flow to ensure business operations in the short, medium and long term, compared with the revenue schedule.
- Measure and evaluate the financial performance of each BU, and the overall Company performance through the set of tracking financial performance indicators, data insights in the dashboard...;
- Proposing solutions to overcome, manage risks and build effective financial management plans for BOD;
- Financial investment and working with state agencies
- Participate in fundraising, advising strategy and investor relation;
- Consolidated financial statement;
- Financial due diligence;
- Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders;
- Budgeting & planning
- Create template budgeting align with the business model;
- Perform periodic financial forecast;
- Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting;
- Build revenue and profit scenarios of each BU in each period;
- Advisory
- Consulting and advising the BOD on financial targets and analyzing effective domestic and international business investment plans;
- Advise the Board of Directors in building and controlling the financial indicators and operating the business setting
- Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO and Heads of BU
- Customer service
- Ensuring the quality of services of the finance and accounting department with business parties;
- Have regular feedback with biz about the service quality of the Finance Department;
- Conduct training for Heads of BU on financial accounting to meet the requirements of the organization.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or ACCA required; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years experiences in executive leadership positions;
- In-depth knowledge of the IAS/IFRS worldwide accounting standards system
- Excellent knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting methods, risk management, internal control…
- Strong leadership and organizational skills;
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese with strong presentation skills
