- Headed the company’s HR, Admin, IT, PR-Marketing, Finance & Accounting, Legal and Internal Audit departments.
- Put in place and developed many policies, procedures and process: code of conducts, recruitments, purchase requisitions, salary planning, compensation system, and report templates, including business dashboard.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations
- Risk management, subscriber onboarding, trade processing and reporting, subscriber trade support, reconciliations, and month-end reporting
- Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies and procedures
- Partner with compliance, legal and technology to ensure that all operational processes and procedures meet or exceed regulatory requirements
- Ensure timely completion of Accounts including analysis and Management reports.
- Ensure timely submission of tax reports: CIT, VAT, PIT…
- Preparation of Annual Budget and financial forecasts
- Work with external parties such as auditors, banks and Law firms
- Ensure healthy financial position and strong cash flow to maximise effectiveness on financial aspect as well as to timely serve for daily operations
- Formulate and implement human resource policies and procedures in line with the Company’s business goals.
- Develop competitive compensation and benefits schemes.
- Manage the full spectrum of HR and Administrative functions.
- Recruit and ensure all employees receives adequate trainings to meet job requirements.
- Daily control and ensure all credits provided to customers are in complying with the Company’s policies
- Make sure that all actions must be taken before credits turn to bad debts
