JOB DESCRIPTION

Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitoring repairing situtation at ASC and ASD 
  • Managing spare part inventory 
  • Customer satisfaction survey

Main Duties

  1. Updating repairing data from ASC and ASD
  2. Checking and monitoring the technician repair machine
  3. Checking accuracy of warranty repair
  4. Managing spare part inventory at Head Office and all ASC/ASD
  5. Providing spare part to repair machine
  6. Controlling transportation cost for Customer Service Dept
  7. Managing warranty card: collecting and inputting information into system
  8. Reissuing warranty card to distributors, dealers
  9. Making Survey customer
  10. Supporting call center - answer the customer

JOB REQUIREMENT

Education: College Degree

Experience: 3 years (at least)

Skill: 

  • Good at M.S Office and English
  • Communication Skill
  • Negotiation Skill

  • Analyze & Problem Solving
  • Teamwork
  • Self-leadership
  • Time Management
