Job Description
Role & Responsibilities of the job
Offering excellent service to corporate customers.
Solving trouble-in-use of Brother products by phone/e-mail/chat/remote support.
Co-ordinating Sales team to handle customers' requirements with top priority.
Maintaining customer satisfaction.

Main duties

  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions, are taken. Process orders, forms and applications.
  • Caring customers who want to buy Brother products and send information to the Sales team.
  • Training customers to use Brother products at customers' site or in the office. 
  • Doing frequently reports: monthly report, special report 
  • Collecting customers' survey of repair service.
  • Visiting customers with Corporate Sales team. 
  • Troubleshooting and handling corporate customers' complaints.
  • Scheduling on-site service, informing and explaining repair result to customers.
  • Giving guidance on product's usage overphone/e-mail/chat. 
  • Handling warranty registration for corporate customers.
  • Answering professionally customer queries about Brother products and service through phone/email/chat or face to face.
  • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers requests.


Job Specifications

  • Education College Degree
  • Computer skill Microsoft office
  • Language skill English is required (ability to use 4 English skill)
