Development Operation Manager

Roles and responsibilities:

Oversee the specifications process, manage the apparel development teams (knitting, Sewing & technical) to assure the on-time development and to the accurate specification execution.
Initiate Gating Process in Coordination with Supply chain
Bulk feasibility and Risk mitigation in conjunction with the design, production and technical teams.
Ensure the new product design is interpreted and manufactured to the correct standard.
Manage Loading plans, Map out Process Gaps.
Manage Brand’s technical Queries, communications and on boarding customer requirements.
Guide teams to understand customer requirements and solutions.
Communicate, discuss Product timeline- TNA- development kick off dates and Plan feasibility.
Participate with Design/ R&D teams for new Initiation of product Idea and Implementation of New Technology.
Look out for development Ideas- resources to support processes to maximize efficiency & bulk handling.
