- Plan, develop and direct marketing efforts for the company.
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website that attracts and converts our target groups.
- Implement advertising campaigns on platforms: Facebook Ads, Tiktok Ads, Google Ads and Youtube,..
- Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities.
- Manage digital media planning and execution.
- Other tasks as directed by the Director
- Over 3 years of experience in creating marketing tactical plans and executing marketing campaigns.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Travel and Tourism industry, especially in inbound travel.
- Strong proficiency in Digital Marketing and Social Media.
- Fluent in English.
- Robust project management skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
- Experience with event organizing, online marketing, including social media and digital marketing.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure
