E-com Project Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

Manage and develop E-Commerce strategy and business plan including drive sales growth by generating traffic, maximizing conversion and profitability.
Propose budget and build up development plan, organization, operation and controlling all activities of E- Commerce to achieve sales target and in approved budget.
Give the right direction to develop content, images, product layout, price, promotion programs.
Organize development projects on web/improve infrastructure …to improve turnover.
Survey, evaluate and analyze markets and competitors to come up with solutions and action plans to attract customers & optimize business performance.
Maintain, care and promote business relationships with existing customers (existing customer), and develop new customers.
Research, analyze products, competitors and to export business trend direction, product trends.
Ensure the revenue target according to the assigned targets.
Manage compliance of the project deliverables related to cost, time, quality standards and mitigate risk.
Oversee team management including budgets, forecasting, work allocations and staffing.

Requirements

Graduation: Bachelor’s Degree, major in E-commerce, Marketing, Business Administration or related fields.
Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in E-commerce platform implementation and operation.
- Solid understanding of sales funnel
- Hands on experience with distribution channels, how to operate E-commerce platform effectively
- Understanding of Digital Marketing is a big advantage
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks, aptitude in problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently, teamwork and result-oriented.
- Ability to analyze data and logical thinking.
Skills:
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- High creative ability.
- Good English is a must.
Others:
- Familiar with start-up environment.
- Work hard, withstand high pressure at work.
- Open-minded, can-do attitude with high degree of stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
