  1. Identification of new opportunities and markets for the ERP Practices through market knowledge, customer relationship development, through targeted marketing campaigns, events and direct calling initiatives.
  2. Contract negotiation, prepare quotations, tenders, sales proposals, consulting, ERP software development and managed services contracts, with the support of the relevant teams.
  3. Responsible for executing the sales plan and process, including coordination of all necessary internal and external resources to best position the firm to secure the business
  4. Innovate, plan, evaluate, and improve the efficiency of business processes to enhance speed, quality, efficiency.
  5. Assist in the development and execution of strategies to achieve sales in identified industries/markets.
  6. Continually work towards achieving and over achieving sales targets. To this end the BDM must take full responsibility for the consistency of his/her forecast against the target.
  7. Undertake research on potential new prospects recurring to a direct phone approach as required. Establish that prospects qualify in terms of pre-set criteria and develop senior contacts at established targets.
  8. Once deal signed, ensure that his/her customers are satisfied with product and services. Ensure that regular contact is maintained with customers. Respond to customer complaints.
  9. Develop effective business and commercial contacts within targeted industries. Monitor competitors positioning, services and promotional activities.


  1. 5+ years of experience in business development management, sales or solution engineering
  2. 2+ years of experience in ERP Software Sales (SAP S4/Hana, Microsoft Dynamics ERP, Oracle Fusion ERP, SAP Business One…),
  3. Preferably a background in the Manufacturing Industry, especially wood is an advantage

Must Have:

  1. Excellent English communication & presentation skills
  2. Proven track record of achieving revenue targets in domestic/international markets
  3. Must have excellent negotiation and convincing skills
