Finance Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

Review and assess the operation processes and Internal Controls of the Company in Vietnam and provide regular feedback to the Financial Controller - Vietnam regarding the adequacy and effectiveness of the Internal Controls
Identify, propose, and implement appropriate solutions to strengthen the internal controls.
Lead, develop and conduct accounting analyses
Review and analyze financial reports
Project work and other work as assigned
Effective operations of the accounting & reporting, taxation, credit control and collection, cash flow management and treasury, risk management functions;
Responsible for budget preparation and business forecasts;
Actively participate and provide business analysis and recommendations in periodic management reviews for business opportunities/improvements projects;
Ensure that Legal, Audit and Compliance policies are met;
Ensure satisfactory implementation of skills development programs for key staff members;

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor Degree in Accountancy/ Finance with minimum 6 years relevant experience
Strong analytical skills
Ability to multi-task competing priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Able to work under the pressure of tight deadlines and work extra hours as required by business needs
Adaptable and strong team player
Critical and strategic thinking, ability to face challenging situations and be assertive as needed ✔ Strong interpersonal skills
Written and spoken English (Good)
Computer literacy
Willing to travel as required
