JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Implement Safety and Environmental requirements within during the service operations
- Assure the billable hours of the service and refurbishment team, DK
- Annual safety
- Secure efficient planning of refurbishment area, DK
- Employee development for employees in Service ad refurbishment
- Invoicing, credit notes and cost transfer
- Technical support of development of new service strategic initiatives
- Handling sales orders in SAP/FSM
- Proactively handling telephone and email enquiries to respond timely
- Knowledgeable within process
- Negotiation with costumers and sub suppliers, external and inhouse
- Always develop and secure high service level
- Coordinate and accomplish installation
- Create and introduce loyal costumers to company
- Costumer field visit
- Create sales Capital/Service/Aftermarket
- Technical Support for Costumers, external and in house
- Key role for technical Support for Engineering/R&D/Project/Quality/Aftermarket/Capital Sales
- Planning and carrying out customer prospects
- Planning sales orders
REQUIREMENTS:
- Technology skills: SAP, Excel, Word, Outlook
- Able to understand finance and controlling business
- Safety and Environmental principles
- Engineering Principles
- Installation principles
