- Working with the BOD and other stakeholders to launch our newest product, Researching, analyzing, and understanding industry trends, competitors to develop and implement sales strategies and plans in key verticals
- Developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and profitability of the services business, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams including tech, product, marketing, finance, etc.
- Developing and managing a roadmap of service offers and measuring business success.
- Building up a team with sales-driven and team work spirit
- Developing and implementing team vision, goals, objectives and performance metrics to track progress and ensure success.
- Supporting the product development focusing on customer success and engagement
- Identifying new opportunities and complementary business models for our business to capitalize on
- Providing relevant reports to BOD on demand or periodical basis
- Other inquiries from BOD from time to time.
- Minimum 7 years proven business development success with experience at the Senior Manager level;
- Excellent negotiation skills with ability to explain value proposition of our products and services;
- Genuine people management skills that gain respect through collaboration;
- Extensive loyalty industry / reward program experience;
- Self-starter, who is assertive, persistent, and resilient, goal oriented and focused on their performance to close on win/win contracts;
- Strategic thinker, highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, both independently and as a team player;
- Problem solving mindset; ability to thrive in ambiguous and fast-moving environments, and in informal, loosely structured, and creative work environments;
- Advanced interpersonal, written & verbal communication skills – for both external and internal audiences;
- Most importantly, you will be honest and of the highest integrity and you will be proud of the reputation you have gained as you continue to grow.
