JOB DESCRIPTION
- Help the Company build connection with local companies in Hanoi and Northern region – initiate first meeting and manage follow-up touch points
- Source Corporate Bond Issuance Advisory mandate and assist in contract negotiation
- Work to fully understand the product and the market & take care of meeting with clients
- Source potential investors for corporate bond issuance that the Company advises on, or buyers for corporate bond investments
- Help the Company build connection with local companies across Vietnam
- Source deals for all products to corporate clients – corporate bond issuance, M&A, trading services.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- 7-10 years experiencen in Relationship Management/Business Development/Sales experience in Corporate Banking or Securities.
- Wide existing client networks.
- Intermediate English 4 skills
