JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Coordinate with all other departments, El Salvador team, customer and supplier to develop new product or material, improve current process or create new processes.
- Continuous improvement initiatives to assure the accomplishment of our customer needs and corporate goals
- Document and communicate the results of design and product development to all involved, including executives, heads of department and operators.
- Define and lead the implementation of new production processes, equipment, machinery and raw materials
- Work with equipment designers and manufacturing officers to develop a cost- effective and working production process.
- Implement efficient processes that achieve profitable business
- Design product specifications and critical control points.
- Create and develop innovative solutions to the process and Prepare samples to study and test raw material.
- Analyze the performance indicators in order to develop action plans for improvement. Implement efficient processes that achieve
profitable business. - Research and purchase new manufacturing technology.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Area or Speciaty: Industrial engineering, Chemical engineering, Mechanical engineering, Printing
- Knowledge and Skills:
+ Software: World, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet, Adobe Acrobat, Project, AI, Photoshop
+ Machinery and/ or Equipment Handling: Scientific method to solve problem, Making Standard Work of process
+ Special Knowledge and/or Training: Statistic process control, Analyze Data and improve process, Lean Six sigma knowledge, Reporting and problem solving skill, Project management
- Candidate must be fluent in English
