JOB DESCRIPTION

Creating attention-grabbing job advertisements
Utilizing your professional network to source candidates
Branding Company name within the job market
Performing managerial reference checks
Drafting offer letters and contracts
Working cross-collaboratively with management and HR in The Comapny's various locations Managing recruitment team in Vietnam

JOB REQUIREMENT

5+ years’ experience recruiting for IT roles (e.g. Software Engineers, QAs, UI/UX, etc.)
Proficiency with the English language (both verbally and written)
A proven track record of hiring
Experience developing recruitment strategies and processes
Strong interpersonal teams and the ability to work both independently and on a team
