Head of Sales

JOB DESCRIPTION

Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals
Shape up sales team structure to best capture business opportunities following Company’s vision and strategy from time to time
Build up strong and enthusiastic sales team to implement sound sales plan and achieve Company’s sales target
On top of market situation, well understand competitive landscape to proactively plan, implement and adjust sales action plan as well as provide value input for overall Company’s strategy
Lead the team to develop and maintain business rapport with key partners within and outside Eco system to support Business Development Strategy
Assure all process/procedure/ business tools in place to enable effective sales activities
Be responsible for the availability of quality customer database, business reports for business execution and upon request
Maintain high standard of business ethics within the team. Assure company’s policies & legal regulations are well adhered.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Educational Qualification

University graduate in economics, finance, insurance, information technology, software development, graduation from universities abroad is an advantage
Having participated in domestic / foreign security training courses.

2. Relevant Experience

7 years of relevant sales experience in Senior sales management level or similar in Insurance field: Head of Sales; Branch Director … knowledge about bancassurance, e-commerce is a strong advantage
Strong strategic thinking and big picture mindset
Possess extensive knowledge of modern sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Strong leadership and team building skills
Positive, can - do attitude
Project management experience is a plus, especially Agile model
