Key responsibilities:

  1. Strategy
  • Participate in building and evaluating business strategies of Eco business: Ecommerce, Affiliate marketing
  • Build HR strategy associated with business strategy
  • Mastering business performance to adjust HR strategies together
  • Consult and accompany CEO in decision making as a strategic HR partner on long-term and short-term strategies of the company
  1. Operation:
  • Organization development: build and verify the organization chart associated with the business model in each period and implementing the actual transformation
  • Budgeting: Plan and manage cost of salary, office, welfare, administration, recruitment, etc , associated with loading progress of revenue
  • Performance management: Provide methods of evaluating work performance suitable for each group/set of employees and the company as a whole
  • Reward (salary, bonus and welfare policy): Develop, implement and control about income component, business bonus policies, performance bonus, year-end bonus, short-term and long-term financial and non-financial benefits
  • Talent acquisition: Control recruitment budget on hunt, referral bonus, job posting and fresher programs
  • Talent management: Manage policies for developing team from time to time and effective use of training budget in association with human resource strategy
  • Culture development_Internal communication: Build and spread core values by many methods from time to time
  • Legal compliance: Responsible for compliance with labor law, tax, social insurance with audit, investor and government agencies
  1. Change Leading: lead and be a pioneer in mindset of “Change and Innovation” and behavior “Say Yes to Challenge”
  • Lead the transformation of the organization's leadership and management mindset
  • Lead internal knowledge sharing for fast development
  • Lead technology changes: HRIR, HR dashboard with power BI,etc
  • Regulate changes in thinking and technology in accordance with the development of the organization


  • BSc/BA in human resources, business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA in human resources will be a plus.
  • At least 8+ years of work experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
  • Attitude: Aggressive, People-oriented
  • Personality: Responsible, Trustworthy, Careful
