JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Administer performance management program by monitoring employee appraisals and salary revisions.
- Creation of contracts regarding orders
- Request contract review from legal support vendor
- Conclusion of various contracts
- Management of concluded contracts
- Employee information management
- Employee attendance management
- Employment contract management
- Support for establishing paid leave and remote work systems
- Support regarding recruitment
- Support regarding other welfare benefits
- Communication with accounting support vendors
- Submission of financial report (prepared by accounting vendor)
- Invoice management
- Invoice issue
- Remittance processing
- Confirmation of payment
- Business related to printing, sealing, and mailing
- Purchasing office supplies
- Asset registration and management
- Support for procedures at banks, legal affairs bureaus, consulates, etc.
- Other back-office support for employees
REQUIREMENTS
- Work experience as an HR Officer, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Thorough knowledge of labor relations and laws
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills for in-person, email, and telephone calls
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Foreign language: Japanese N2
- Experience years: 2+ years
- Age: 25-30
- Bachelor’s degree: Bachelor
