  • Monitor and work on the service desk ticket queue
  • Perform analysis on software application functionality
  • Collect required information and create bug tickets
  • Technical Support: Support agents would manage technical support issues either via phone or ticketing for our Vietnam
    schools. They would log the tickets and track service levels upon completion. Report would be made available to client (if needed)
  • Create the learning environment – this consists of copying a site from an established template, customizing it based on the client needs, obtaining a spreadsheet of users to upload into the system, creating teacher accounts and setting up their classroom environment, setting up reporting and establishing a technical support process.
  • Maintain the internal knowledge base.


  • 2+ years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience in IT with emphasis in customer facing organizations.
  • Experience work with SaaS Services.
  • Have experience in supporting Cloud software system deployment and customer support when there is a problem with customers contacting
  • Knowledge of network basics (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, SMTP)
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Proactive in work
  • Willingness and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and agile development environment
