Maintenance Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Oversee maintenance operations and ensure smooth functioning of machinery and equipment in the manufacturing facility.
Conduct regular inspections, diagnose issues, and perform necessary repairs or replacements to ensure optimal performance of machines.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize equipment efficiency.
Estimating budgets based on process and managing replacement materials and equipment
Manage and maintain inventory of spare parts, ensuring availability for repairs and replacements.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines in all maintenance activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Train and supervise maintenance staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, to interact with Manager, BOD and other head of departments.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in maintenance management within similar manufacturing environments.
Knowledge of mechanical supplies and maintenance practices for industrial machinery.
Proficient in English language skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
Strong leadership and effective people management skills.
Responsible, organized, and able to work efficiently to meet deadlines.
Valid forklift license and experience operating forklifts.
