JOB DESCRIPTION
- Work closely with the distribution partner to define & support our local strategy for the Cambodian market, identify significant trends impacting our current and future business (Market, Competition,
and Process, etc), and make insightful recommendations to improve the performance. - Define best options for go-to-market strategy in new territories, including distribution channels, targeted market segments, customer expansion, product portfolio, and industry collaboration partners.
- Review & facilitate our channel coverage & saturation by leading key internal initiatives with the distributor; build & maintain solid business intelligence to support our company strategy and provide visibility of the market; lead new initiatives to improve the distributor performance and efficiency.
- Oversees the effective management of inventory, warehousing, scheduling, and on time delivery.
- Full accountability for financial performance from creation of budget to actual monthly P&L performance, including such tasks as forecasting, variance reporting, budgeting, etc.
- Support to prepare for MBR (Monthly Business Review) & QBR (Quarterly Business Review) in market dynamics, competition, segments analysis, channel performance etc.
- Build relationships with sub distributors and managing the expansion of other categories in the
brand portfolio considering price/pack architecture and channel strategy. - Regularly visit the market across the country to observe and learn customer behavior, buying decision and propose solutions to improve sales revenue as well as achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
- Accurate and Transparent sales forecasting and supporting strategic and operational excellence across different channels in collaboration with all stake holders.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Prior experience min 5 years in FMCG Sales and Distributor Management – Managerial Role.
- Charismatic and inspiring personality with strong entrepreneurial flair and business acumen; passion for business development and growth.
- An appetite and ability to work collaboratively in a complex and matrixed business.
- Identify both struggling and successful sales initiatives and explore ways to improve on sales metrics.
- Regularly review sales data and create reports for Management at HQ.
- Ready to travel across Cambodia on market development initiatives.
- Proven success, knowledge and experience of new business development, account management, pipeline management, negotiation skills, sales planning, market knowledge, developing budgets and forecasting
- High level of conflict management skills
- Analytical and decision-making skills
- Professional Knowledge of MS Office, A good understanding of ERP Application
- Good Communication in English, Khmer is a plus
