JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop, plan and implement appropriate marketing strategies in each period
- Develop and plan an integrated marketing strategy in line with the company's overall strategy and goals, suitable for traditional and modern communication channels.
- Participate in the development of specific marketing plans for each unit, product line and service
- Deploy, supervise implementation of marketing plans, ensure smooth coordination between functional departments;
- Set budget, effectively manage marketing activities and approved budget
- Coordinate with other departments to agree on a suitable strategy for sales and marketing activities -
Market, customer and product analysis
- Monitor trends, analyze markets, customers and competitors to guide marketing activities
- Understand the capacity of the organization to propose new product development on an assessment of the demand of each segmented market. Build and plan product structure, forecast, advise the BOM on product strategy
- Building a network of partners for business development, brand development -
Brand building, development and management
- Build positioning for the Company's Brand in general and each product line in particular
- Build and maintain cooperative relationships with media agencies, press, State authorities, organizations and partners related to Marketing activities of the Company
- Build, develop, manage and protect COMPANY Brand on all communication channels;
- Monitor, supervise, prepare scenarios to deal with risks affecting the reputation of COMPANY brand -
Effectively build, develop, organize, manage and operate teams
- Manage, implement and be responsible for all activities of the Product Marketing and Marketing Production Department, assign work and effectively control the employees of the Department.
- Build organizational structure, develop resources - marketing staff under management to ensures that they are qualified for the job, including:+) Coach and train;
+) Assign goals, evaluate work results;
+) Team building, motivating;
+) Propose remuneration policy for personnel of Department
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Masters or above in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing or related disciplines
- English (proficient in 4 skills) & Vietnamese
- Has experience and career ideal
- Minimum 10 years in Marketing, at least 5 yrs as a Head of Department (10 staff or above) or above in Communication, marketing, business administration. Experience in banking and financial institutions is an advantage.

Knowledge of Marketing Principles, Basic Marketing, Marketing in the service sector - Knowledge & Experience in Digital Marketing and Digital Platform
