Marketing Manager will be the second person who is fully responsible of the company’s EBITDA realization besides GM in the organization. Therefore, you are the right hand of GM. The marketing manager will define a marketing mix that includes pricing, packaging, sizing, and go to market structuring, communication, PR, trade and consumer promotions. You will involve all kind of research studies with the regional research team and will be co-working with regional media team on preparing media grids.
- Manage and plan 360° marketing mix of the brand according to general brand strategy and company targets.
- Set the growth target of the category.
- Prepare annual marketing budget and grid.
- Prepare trade marketing grids and joint business plans.
- Prepare media plans with the regional media team.
- Execute PR events to support brand image.
- Manage market and consumer researches and analyze the outputs with the regional research team
- Track and interprete share of market, share of voice and brand health data continuously.
- Develop Trade Marketing plans in line with Marketing strategy and Sales priorities
- Communicate with the sales team in order to ensure right implementation of trade marketing activities, incentives, and campaigns.
- Set all pricing strategy, determining channel mix and (price) value chain for the category.
- Preparie and executing all channel-based launch & re-launch programs and in-store display activities - POS materials for the related category.
- Implement NPD positioning and launches in the field & answer the needs of customer.
- Provide a KPI report to region team monthly.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related fields
Experience & Knowledge
- ∙ Must have very strong experience in Trade Marketing
- ∙ Understanding about brand management is precious
- ∙ At least 5 years’ experience at managerial level
- ∙ Own high level of analytical skill and leadership skills
- ∙ Well organized and detailed, able to work under high pressure.
