Mechanical Service Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Manage and execution of sales orders
Planning and carrying out customer prospects
Key role for technical Support for Engineering/R&D/Project/Quality/Aftermarket/Capital Sales
Technical Support for Costumers, external and in house
Create sales Capital/Service/Aftermarket
Costumer field visit
Create and introduce loyal costumers to company
Coordinate and accomplish installation
Always develop and secure high service level
Negotiation with costumers and sub suppliers, external and inhouse
Knowledgeable within process
Proactively handling telephone and email enquiries to respond timely
Handling sales orders in SAP/FSM
Technical support of development of new service strategic initiatives
Invoicing, credit notes and cost transfer
Employee development for employees in Service ad refurbishment
Secure efficient planning of refurbishment area, DK
Annual safety
Assure the billable hours of the service and refurbishment team, DK
Implement Safety and Environmental requirements within during the service operations
Deployment of Safety and Environmental awareness within the team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor/Master’s degree in mechanical/Mechanic/Mechatronics/Mechanical& Automation engineering
At least 15 years experience, in which 5 years at Manager role
Technology skills: SAP, Excel, Word, Outlook
Able to understand finance and controlling business
Safety and Environmental principles
Engineering Principles
Installation principles
Technical background
Language skills: English, speaking and writing at negotiation level
