Office Leasing Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Actively approach and endeavor to achieve new exclusive and non-exclusive Office leasing projects
Design the strategy for new Office leasing projects in order to lease the building in the shortest possible timeframe and in an efficient and professional manner
Actively canvassing the Office tenants for the purpose of identifying their real estate requirements and promoting the Company Property Services’ s leasing portfolio
Assign jobs to Office Leasing Consultants to ensure that all the tenants’ requirements will be taken care of in an efficient and professional manner
Collaborate with the Marketing team on the marketing of Office Leasing projects.
Regularly attend networking events and organize events to actively encourage the expansion of our tenant database/contacts
Design budgets for the Office Leasing Dept. for the following calendar year and endeavor to achieve or outperform the designed budget
Assign, supervise and evaluate the work performance and results of Office Leasing Consultants
Ensure the Office Leasing staff complies with company policies & procedures
Produce presentations and prepare office newsletters and press releases when required
Actively work with other departments in the company and encourage the cross referral of business
Maintain regular contact with all retailers and retail distributors in the market
Keep up to date with changing market trends, such as e-commerce, shared workspace etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree or up
Strong understanding of the Real Estate Market
Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, for liaising with colleagues and customers.
Have 5 - 8 years of relevant real estate experience, including available Office Leasing experience
Proven Office Leasing Sales Track records/Achievements (Closing deals, Deal value…)
Strong understanding of property and economic principles
