JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Manage and build relationships with accounts, ensuring effective organization and communication.
- Oversee sell-in/out, logistic methodologies, inventory management, and control of weekly, monthly, and annual sales revenue by account.

- Maximize sales revenue by thoroughly understanding assigned accounts.
- Coordinate with the SCM team, logistics, and partners to follow Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders, and Received Stock.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Manager to develop Promotion Schemes and with the Distribution Partner to manage stock.
- Prepare and enhance user experience scenarios to drive online store sales and strategize its services.
- Optimize e-shop development and management to increase the number of customers and improve performance.
- Analyze internal and external resources to develop short, mid, and long-term strategies that align with business objectives.
REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree is required
- Female is preferred
- Open mind to learn and experience new things

- High spirit of ownership
- Working experiences in e-commerce sales performance and management of brands and local platforms.
- As least 2 years experience in related field (Home Appliances/ eCommerce/ Sales)
- Preference for candidates from the same industry, same company type is prioritized due to their alignment with the specific internal operational process
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Good English skill
- Organized and able to meet deadlines
- Strong communication, build good relationship with others
- Planning skill & time management skill
- Ability to work under high pressure
- Accuracy, pay attention to detail
