Working with people from several different departments is something you will do as the Customer Business Development Leader (CBD). You will participate in decision-making, business planning, implementation, analysis, and setting the company's overall strategy.
- Execute well, make right things happen.
- Operating and managing the business activities of the brands/projects according to the scope of management to ensure the implementation of the assigned objectives/plans.
- Creating and maintaining a fruitful, long-term & short-term strategies and business plans.
- Develop financial methods for major investment projects of department.
- Develop a thorough awareness of your customers' wants and demands, also a good relationship with your customer.
- Develop a thorough understanding of consumers, categories, and the market.
- Customizing and improving country commercial regulations for your customer.
- Working collaboratively with groups from other departments.
- Resolve any difficulties and problems raised by clients, serving as a liaison between them and internal teams.
- 5 - 7 years of experience in business management with knowledge and skill in sales, retail, distribution, and F&B activities.
- Bachelor's degree in any major with a strong academic record.
- Must have leadership experience, an analytical mind, work well with teams, and good execution skills.
- Working proficient in Vietnamese and English.
- Be willing to travel as needed by your assignment.
