RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our assignments allow you the potential to immediately impact the business while contributing your technical, analytical, and leadership skills. Working with people from several different departments is something you will do as the Customer Business Development Leader (CBD). You will participate in decision-making, business planning, implementation, analysis, and setting the company's overall strategy.
- Execute well, make right things happen.
- Operating and managing the business activities of the brands/projects according to the scope of management to ensure the implementation of the assigned objectives/plans.
- Creating and maintaining a fruitful, long-term & short-term strategies and business plans.
- Develop financial methods for major investment projects of department.
- Develop a thorough awareness of your customers' wants and demands, also a good relationship with your customer.
- Develop a thorough understanding of consumers, categories, and the market.
- Customizing and improving country commercial regulations for your customer.
- Working collaboratively with groups from other departments.
- Resolve any difficulties and problems raised by clients, serving as a liaison between them and internal teams.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5 - 7 years of experience in business management with knowledge and skill in sales, retail, distribution, and F&B activities.
- Bachelor's degree in any major with a strong academic record.
- Must have leadership experience, an analytical mind, work well with teams, and good execution skills.
- Working proficient in Vietnamese and English.
- Be willing to travel as needed by your assignment.
