People Strategy: Define and execute the Talent Strategy in the picture of People Strategy for the Company.

Employee Experience

  • Identify moments that matter of employee experiences 
  • Lead to improve, innovate People initiatives to better serve talents from the acquisition to  development 
  • Involve and influence business stakeholders to embed those experiences into the talent roadmaps 

Talent Density

  •  Build the talent assessment to identify Talent 
  •  Design the framework to increase Talent Density 
  •  Build the ecosystem to maintain the talent density in the company, not limit it to the talent management programs 
  •  Build and execute the talent development programs for Product, Tech and Music Learning Development: 
    •  Lead the end-to-end process to initiate the Learning Program (training needs analysis, execution, evaluation) 
    •  Manage the personalized development program and fund 
    •  Build the Learning platform to digitalize the learning opportunities and effectiveness 

Culture embedded: 

  • Lead the Culture to embrace the Company's slogan 
  • Lead Core Value to live it into the daily operation, behavior and demonstrate the best of Employee Experience
  • Build Competency Framework and Career Ladder 
  • People excellence contribution: Be given the chance to join other People projects from time to time for learning and growing  with the team as a requirement of the position, esp. Culture development,  Employee  relations, Internal activities, etc



Working experience

  • 5+ years of experience with a proven track of working in Organization Development (OD), Learning and Development (L&D) and/or employee experiences and culture 
  • Preferred of experience in TECH or Ecommerce industry 
  • Proven Managerial level 
  • Passionate about people development 


  • Expertise in Learning, Organization Development, Talent Management. 
  • Eagerness to learn new things 
  • Result-oriented and collaborative mindset 
  • Entrepreneurial mindset that is not afraid to build things from scratch, continuously strive for the betterment. 
  • Curious to explore new things with high impact. 
  • Strong business acumen, proven experience to deliver business needs
