Main responsibilities:
- Translate business goals into specific software requirements
- Prioritize software features based on market need analyses and company strategies
- Manage software project scope by making tradeoffs between competing software requirements, such as time vs. cost and software security vs. speed
- Prioritize feature requests from software development teams
- Crystallize the product vision and working closely with software engineers/the to define its specifications
- Ensure that the software solution is successfully meeting business goals and users' needs
- Track progress against plan and resolve any variances as soon as they are identified and resolved.
- Make tradeoffs between features, schedule, and costs based on their relationship to business goals, company policies, software architecture constraints, and software development team capabilities
- Engage with customers and Head of developments to understand their needs and problems.
- Align with the Head of Product on product prioritization and roadmap.
- Execute competitor and product research.
- Manage the full product development cycle, including crafting the solution, prioritizing features, defining specifications, developing prototypes, testing, launching, and monitoring to continuous improvement.
- Work with marketing, business development, and customer service team to ensure successful launch of new products.
- Utilize data insights, and market and customer research to continually improve products.
- Report directly to the CEO and other senior manager and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- University degree in related field
- 5 or more years at the same position in software product management experience. Priority in Blockchain or Finance services.
- Business level English speaking, writing and reading skills
- Japanese speaking skills are a plus.
