Job Description:  

1. Coordinate and organize the resources provided by the company, to perform and execute module relevant quality assurance projects in a timely and successful manner of which include but not limited to: 

  • BOM and In-production monitoring 
  • Factory audits at module suppliers 
  • Pre-shipment inspection, package and loading monitoring on the finished products
  • Internal and external lab testing oversight and management 
  • Other special demanded services requested by the client according to the order scope.

2. Draft the related regular reports through the execution processes of the project, ensure the quality and timeliness of the reports. 

3. Patriciate in or lead the EHS audits to provide support on Supplier Responsibility audits and EHS compliance audit; Conduct EHS related consulting projects, including but not limited to ESA and EDD, EHS compliance audit, permitting, training, regulation services, and etc.;  

4. Perform and/or assist in other environmental health and safety related consulting services as required;

5. Utilize risk-based pre-assessment and post assessment method to provide thorough assessments and recommendations; 

6. Support other consulting businesses within the company as required. 

7. Arrange the internal and external communication about the project execution, update the project status timely to the senior project manager and account managers to ensure the smooth execution  of project and reasonable resource application 

8. Draft internal project summary to project manager or principle after completion of QA work.

9. Review and evaluate the inspection requirements to estimate and manage internal budgets.

10. Provide technical support to the on-going project team to achieve project success.

11. Manage the team leaders within the group to kick off new projects, conduct periodic project quality review and summarize project experiences. 

12. Assist the company to deploy an automatic inspection and data collection system (SP & PDC).

13. Approve team members’ work hours and reimbursement applications for assigned projects.

14. Other management work assigned by project operation director and supervisor



  • Mechanics, automation, electronics, project management or other engineering majors.


  • 8+ years of experience in PV industry quality assurance or process engineering experience.
  • Quality improvement project and internal/supplier audit experience. 

Professional technical and skills: 

  • Familiar with ISO 9000 and IEC61215/61730 standards 
  • Good knowledge of key national/regional environmental health and safety legislation;
  • Solid and structured analytical, problem-solving and writing skills. 
  • Strong cross-cultural teamwork and communication skills. 
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English. 
  • Good understanding of TS16949/ISO9001, be familiar with PPAP/APQP/FEMA/SPC/MSA tools 
  • Certified PMP or external QEO auditor is preferred.
