JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Project channel expansion
- Expand project channel for company(Project/corporate purchase/decoration future channel/Home Design company and other new channels)
- Maintain relationship with project dealers and customers
- Follow the project sales execution
- Organize project channel activities
- Realize company project sales target
- Make annual sales plan
- Follow and act the sales plan Daily
- Action plan if gap with target
- Communication with stakeholders
- Align with GD for the sales strategy and execution
- Align with PM for product strategy and sales policy
- Align with mkting team for project channel activities
DESCRIPTION:
Technical skills & experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an operation manager role in Fortune 500 companies or Viet Nam top 100 companies, air conditioner or kitchen products sales & marketing background in Viet Nam .
Degree and Language
- Bachelor Degree or above
- Degree in engineering or project design Field Preferred;
Personal Traits
- High sense of responsibility and ownership, Hard-working and self-motivated;
- Knowledge about project sales, Strong Problem-Solving Skills; Ability to make the plan and release the plan independently.
