1/ Responsible for merchandising Policy:
- 3C Model (Company, Competitor, Customer)
- Catergory Policy
- Price Policy
- Supplier Policy
- Promotion Policy
- Setting target (customer, gross profit, stocks,...)
- Display Plan and Planogram Plan
2/ Compliance:
- Quality standard
- Licenses
- DOIT guidance
3/ Supplier Management:
- Contract
- Trading term review
4/ Other tasks that has been assigned by BOD: New store layout, cooperate with other departments, managing staffs
REQUIREMENTS:
- Age: From 25 years old and above
- Graduated: From college and above
- Language: Good at English in communicating and writing
- Knowledge:
+ Job Experience: 05-year experience, especially in retail industry.
+ Purchasing experience, deep knowledge about in-charge categories, newest labor market situation. - Ability and Skill:
+ Negotiation skill
+ Analytical ability
+ Logical thinking
