Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies, tactics, funnels, and procedures.
- Prepare weekly reports to show tasks in progress, the number candidates searched, and the number of qualified candidates found.
- Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates
- Foster long-term relationships with candidates
- Create, review, update detailed job descriptions
- Follow up with candidates
- Maintain, expand and update candidate pool
- Participate in recruitment activities/ events and/or branding the company name
- Execute recruitment activities as per recruitment plan according to approved headcount and recruitment requests from Dept/Country Head;

- Has at least 4+ years experience in recruitment field; experience in hospitality/start-up is a plus
- Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, metrics, and guidelines;
- Excellent leadership and deadline management skills;
- Ability to work under hard pressure;
- Ability to build strong relationship;
- Self-confidence and self starter;
- Very good written and verbal communication skills
- Very good at interviewing skills
- Friendly, open minded, good team player, and honest
- English fluency
