  • Build sales plan to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Optimize utilization of classrooms and expand the customer base. 
  • Control the staff cost as well as the operations' cost 
  • Propose innovative ideas in management & operations to maximize work efficiency while saving costs.


  • Implement sales and marketing plans to meet sales targets
  • Focus on improving neccessary things to increase WOM and referrals, retentional rates
  • Systemize all processes of sales and customer care that satisfy targeted customers.
  • Ensure all the Customers are provided with the best service quality
  • Optimize process to receive and handle customer feedback/complaints
  • Propose activities to improve customer service.


  • Stay updated with competitor and learner’s needs to provide initiatives and participating in product & service development
  • Stay updated with market trends to analyze and propose suitable business development plans
  • Cooperate with business development department to expand The company through new campuses
  • Build a friendly and collaborative workplace both within the teams and other departments on a “One Team – One Goal” basis
  • Actively build and develop relationships with partners and local authorities to support for sales & marketing activities 
  • Optimize human resources in every campus to run daily operations smoothly
  • Build and implement the team engagement & career development plan
  • Develop sales/care training/mentoring/coaching plan 
  • Standardize Sales and Care procedures both in written documents and with softwares
  • Train the workforce on daily operations as well as on new sales campaigns.
  • Perform formal and informal checks on the work to assess the performance of the team.



  • BA/BS degree in majors of Business Management/Marketing/Social Sciences… or relevant fields
  • MA/MS will be preferred


  • At least 5 years of experiences in Sales Management at senior level in education/retail field, with a teamsize of 100 headcounts above. 
  • A demonstrated excellent track record for Sales achievements  
  • Excellent customer service mindset; possess strong business acumen  
  • Ability to interact and influence senior management team members 
  • Ability to motivate and influence people 
  • Excellent communication skills

Others: Positive, high sense of responsibility, hands-on & detail-oriented, result-oriented, self-motivation, quick-learner 

Language: English
