  • Understand all needs, problems or desires of a potential customer
  • Explain to the customer how our solutions fit their pain points
  • Meet with the customer and act as their advisor
  • Up-sell when appropriate
  • Identify the most important sales KPIs
  • Manage the sales process through specific software programs
  • Track and supervise your work
  • Prepare and send quotes and proposals
  • Know your customer as much as possible before contacting them
  • Prepare and present reports as needed


  • Good knowledge of sales and B2B marketing is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM and BRM tools
  • A sense of ownership and its impact on the company's success
  • Have strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
