Responsibilities:
- Understand all needs, problems or desires of a potential customer
- Explain to the customer how our solutions fit their pain points
- Meet with the customer and act as their advisor
- Up-sell when appropriate
- Identify the most important sales KPIs
- Manage the sales process through specific software programs
- Track and supervise your work
- Prepare and send quotes and proposals
- Know your customer as much as possible before contacting them
- Prepare and present reports as needed
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of sales and B2B marketing is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM and BRM tools
- A sense of ownership and its impact on the company's success
- Have strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
