 Responsibilities: 

  • Lead a team of sales and identify high-potential prospective customers from inbound and outbound leads.
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead to close for B2B businesses.
  • Develop sales plans, goals, strategies and objectives to achieve team goals and revenue objectives.
  • Inspire and motivate the team to meet/exceed monthly revenue and new account targets.
  • Work with internal departments to develop future products and solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Work with related departments to resolve potential Compliance, Operation or Credit issues of concern.

Requirement:

  • 7+ years of successful experience with building and managing a high performing sales team in payments or logistics or trading company.
  • Ability to work independently and within an international team, in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
  • Ability to read data to analyse results and make modifications or improvement to a sales process.
  • Demonstrated effective communication skills, including written, oral and presentation skills.
