JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Reach potential clients from the long prospects list through phone, chat, email, and other communication channels.
- Sell our services to e-commerce companies and help them understand the benefits of working with our company.
- Participate in outbound interviews to collect customer feedback and data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for product improvement.
- Customer’s onboarding and registration.
- Collaborate with other teams such as marketing, product, and engineering to ensure that customer needs are met;
- Meet and exceed monthly sales metrics.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least a Bachelor's degree, excellent Vietnamese and confident fluency in English.
- Proven experience in b2b sales for small and medium clients, preferably in technology related or financial products. Customer support-related experience would be an additional advantage.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/ Google Docs and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team and work remotely (occasionally) or from the office.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, digital B2B products or IT services is a plus.
