- Define and execute a clear prospection plan focusing on key potential customers for Company.
- Increase Company sales within Vietnam with a strong focus on new customer acquisition.
- Be the first contact of processing of offers, orders, invoices, and after-sales services. In the meantime, to follow up order process, delivery schedule and payment from customers.
- Participate to assigned trainings and systematically use Company systems to generate offers and document weekly commercial activities.
- Build a proactive, strategic relationships throughout all levels of our customer’s organization to create an intimate knowledge of each customer’s direction, focus, priorities, and related market trends.
- Monitor market and competitor activities.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports of his activities.
- Bachelor Degree with Technical background.
- At least 2-year experience of successful selling plastic injection machines or related equipment’s (including tooling) in Vietnam.
- Fully autonomous individual used to work in small structures (with the support of a global group).
- Persistent, self-motivated and resilient.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Creative and out of the box thinker.
- Impeccable interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
Remuneration & others:
- Company rental car with a driver for professional trips to customers during working time
- Commission on machines sales.
- Hours of work: From 8.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. (1-hour break) from Monday to Friday.
- 15-day annual leave. Company special holiday: 25 December
- Health and accident insurance, covering outpatient and hospitalization.
- Annual medical check-up.
- All expenses related to business reimbursed against justification
