Sales & Operation Director

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Establish, nurture and effectively structure strategy with the company in opening a new business in Travel Industry (inbound travel)
Take an integral role in the development and implementation of domestic tour products, booking services for delegations (hotels, cars, dining, sightseeing tickets,...);
Build and lead a sales and marketing team to run the business
Build and maintain branch offices to support customer
Process and respond to all Tour reports
Improve service quality and operating process through customer feedback and comments
Maintain cooperative relationship with service providers
Regularly check and update services and service prices. Ensure prices are consistent with service quality and competition.
Coordinate with an accountant to complete the contract, payment and contract settlement procedures.
Often go to survey + work as required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

At least 4 years’ experience in Tourism
College/Bachelor - Major in Tourism Management - Travel, Tourism, Marketing tourism,...(Must)
Having skills in operating, organizing tasks in a scientific way and skills to handle situations quickly;
Having Skills in marketing and sales, persuasion and negotiation;
Good communication skill;
Ability to work independently and in team coordination;
Can work under pressure
