JOB DESCRIPTION
For sales tasks:
- Taking care of Customer
- Getting to know about customer needs, delivery volume, etc
- Find out the market prices, and the price competitors are offering to customers
- Work with the parent company to place orders
- Check PSI to order for customers
- Handling defective goods, negotiating with customers
- Check delivery progress
- Place orders to send to production dept
- Report on delivery progress, debt, etc
For leader role tasks:
- Manage and assign work to other team members
- Check and speed up the working progress
- Reminder when there is a mistake
- Troubleshooting when something goes wrong
- Arrange work and schedule for regular visits to customers
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Fluency in English (speaking and writing), Vietnamese speaker preferred
- University bachelor or above majoring
- From 3 years of experience relating to sales, customer services or relating field (Experience in steel industry is preferred)
- Good communication with internal and external clients with amicable attitude
- Challenging spirit and object oriented mind
- Disciplined person who can respect company culture and comply with company regulation
