RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for managing the footwear product development process by supporting the respective Business Units and directly interact with supply partners to provide an effective transition of footwear designs from prototyping into production.
Handling all the special project, and shorter timeline project.
Ensure all confirmed tech packages are accurate and on schedule to support C&E teams and timeline.
Meet and influence product quality to meet highest standard during each phase of sampling.
Coach and support direct reports to further their skills, capability and management competencies
Lead a team and contribute to the achievement of team objectives.
Having right decision and fast action when issues happened.
Ensure Sample Quality Standard is applying, and influencing to BU during development stage
POSITION REQUIREMENT
University graduated
At least 10 years working experience in shoe industry for Development or C&E position.
Having good costing knowledge is an advance.
MS Office/ Illustrator
Fluent English
Mandarin is an advantage
