JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Working experience in ServiceNow Modules
- Overall Understanding on the ServiceNow
- Knowledge and experience in ITSM Modules (Incident, Service Catalog, Change, Problem) Modules
- Knowledge and experience in ServiceNow tables and structure
- Knowledge in ServiceNow All Modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM)
- Have Expertise in Creating API or using external API
- Have worked in ACL
- ITIL Certified
- Having experience working in CMDB discovery and configuration
- Working in Service Portal, CSS, HTML, AngularJS
- Able to be working in Integration with ServiceNow with other applications.
- Should be a self-learning and able to gain knowledge by reading ServiceNow Document
- Able to work as a team player - able to help team members and bring them up to speed.
- Good Communication

- Have 5-7 years
