  • Have a deep understanding of the local education market, including offline/online channel & competition landscape, consumer insight etc
  • Identify business opportunities and develop product route to market plan, providing support to formulate comprehensive strategy and know-how based on business targets; 
  • Drive user acquisition and engagement, including but not limited to product selection, channel BD & negotiation, incentive design, free shipping strategy, campaign development & execution.
  • Work closely with local operation teams, headquarter teams, and other cross-functional teams to execute the overarching growth strategy; 
  • Assist in additional projects such as creator acquisition, product local testing; 



  • 1.Bachelor's Degree and above, major in Economics, Business Administration, or Finance is preferred; 
  • At least 3 years of work experience in a fast-paced environment, experience in educational, e-commerce industries is preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in either English or Chinese to coordinate with stakeholders from across the team; 
  • Strong analytical mindset including distinctive problem-solving skills, multitasking abilities, attentiveness, and intellectual curiosity with openness to work with people from various teams; 
  • Proactive in finding better ways to get things done, and exhibits strong ownership; 
  • Meticulous, organized, self-motivated, and enjoys working in a dynamic and face-paced
