  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Strategic Client Manager to join our client international industrial development company. As a Strategic Client Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with new clients in the 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) or contract logistics sector. Your exceptional sales skills, proficiency in English, and strategic thinking will be crucial in identifying opportunities, expanding our client base, and contributing to the company's growth.


  • Proactively identify and target potential clients in the 3PL or contract logistics industry.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the client portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless client onboarding and project execution.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Track and report sales activities, pipeline, and results using CRM software.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and best practices related to 3PL and contract logistics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.


  • Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in B2B sales, preferably in the 3PL or contract logistics sector.
  • Strong network of contacts in the industry and a demonstrated ability to generate leads and close deals.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with international clients.
  • Exceptional sales and negotiation skills, with a consultative approach to understanding client needs and offering solutions.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
