Supply Chain Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Action on development process and on time sample approval.
Develop and get approved all RM & S/off as per T&A.
Make sure the costing is correct and approved on time.
On time RM in house and make sure continues supply for production.
Quick response to customer and have good relationship.
100% OTD
Negotiate with suppliers and get the best price and lead time.
Make sure capacity allocations are correct and follow up with BU’s.
Forecast future capacity and demand.
Maintain proper communication and follow-up on production process.
Maximum utilization of capacity and minimum line opening.
Maintain RM & FG WH with industrial standards and up to date correct data.
Make sure the import and export process happened on time and as per the regulations.
Develop local suppliers with less cost and lead time.
Training team members as per job requirements.
Cost reduction initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Masters degree for management
Fluent in Speaking & writing English
Fast React system, Planning, operation management, People management, Negotiation
Problem solving, innovative thinking, communication skills, execution excellence.
Ability to work under pressure while prioritizing and managing task efficiently.
