REQUIREMENT:
- At least 3 years for the same position.
Skill Required:
- Detailed, patient, supportive, and can-do attitude. ERP knowledge & good at MS Office.
- Writing & Speaking English well.
Overall Responsibility
- Production planning.
- Inventory management.
- Forecast measurement.
Main Responsibility:
- Be responsible for the Demand & Supply Planning process
- Be accountable for demand & supply forecast, manage monthly rolling forecast updates
- Work with related departments to update inputs for forecasting models, a supply plan
- Analyze historical data to develop a baseline forecast using appropriate forecasting models
- Analyze and report forecast performance (accuracy, error, and bias), supply plan performance.
- Closely work with purchasing team to capture the delivery date of the raw materials well, and communicate with them consistently.
- Inventory optimization strategy.
- Manage day-to-day production planning and scheduling activities of requirement.
- Arrange for appropriate production orders so that volume targets and customers’ requirements are met within lead time.
- Work closely with the relevant departments in the company to ensure the on-time delivery of products.
- Follow up production planning.
- Other duties as assigned by the manager
