JOB DESCRIPTION:
a. Linux OSS
- Familiar with one or more shell environments (BASH, sh, tcsh, ksh, etc.).
- Experience with Linux script-based development environments and tools (PERL, Python, Ruby, PhP, Jenkins, etc.).
- Experience with Linux administration (boot process, file systems, network devices and protocol configuration).
- Familiar with core operating system services, such as SSH, telnet, FTP, NFS, DNS, DHCP, Samba, LDAP, etc.
b. Operating System/Virtualization
- Familiar with security, operating system internal concepts.
- Familiarity with OS Internals concepts (Windows, Linux, etc), Storage, Active Directory and Security.
- Understanding of Virtualization concepts and virtual system administration.
- Experience with VM configuration and administration.
c. Networking
- Familiarity with networking concepts including VIPs, NAT, DNS .
- Familiarity with networking tools (ping, tracert, tracemon, wire shark, etc.).
- Understanding of load balancing, geo-redundancy, CDN and VPN technologies preferred.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Have 1 year+ relevant work experience.
- Be able to program and have K8S foundation.
- Prioritize Azure certificates or Kubernetes management certificates
