JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Planning and coordination of day-to-day activities of running a program or portfolio of programs, overall program and progress.
- Ensuring program plans meet business needs as described in the program initiation documents.
- Ensuring all stakeholders are identified and included in scope definition activities and understand the program schedule and key milestones.
- Ensuring all areas of the program are appropriately staffed and monitoring program commitment from those assigning resources.
- Making recommendations for training and development needs for assigned personnel.
- Ensuring essential procedures are followed and contributes to defining standards.
- Lead the technical aspect of a product development team.
- Architect, design and delivery system given the specifications and requirements.
- Establish best coding practices and provide technical recommendation on systems and tools.
- Plan, organize and develop new ideas/features for products.
- Respond and follow up to incorporate feedback and draw new insights.
- Prioritize tasks to meet multiple deadlines.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Has 10+ years’ experience as Project Manager or Technical Manager.
- Knowledge of Agile Process is a plus.
- Experience of owning the product and working cross functionally with development teams to manage daily activities.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented, problem-solving, and lateral thinking.
