** JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Manager of Technical Sales will be responsible for driving Company’s products and solutions for the equipment nationwide. You will be accountable in driving technical discussions for global equipment in business markets. In partnership with Company’s sales team in global dedicated, you will work to identify technical in Automation System Design, Integration & Engineering needs so that technical solutions can be developed and positioned to drive sales revenue targets. You will be relied as the technical for all-things in regards to semiconductor or Automation technology. This encompasses pre-sales, technical design and post-sales support (to ensure what was promised was delivered).

** ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Supports business meetings initiated to increase existing sales and introduce new products.
2. Provides expert technical support in the pre-sales process and creates compelling technical and commercial solutions in order to help achieve the assigned sales goals and business objectives.
3. Translates and communicates complex technical design considerations between the sales team and customer
4. Takes the lead in technical Q&A for equipment products (core and access), applications and professional services.
5. Develops deep relationships within global equipment service business at multiple levels of the technical organization and nationwide market; Establish/maintain trust and rapport
6. Create proposals based on new and existing contractual agreements.
7. Educate our customers on new products and services both individually and in a team environment.
8. Ensures that customer commitments are achieved according to plan.
9. Works with marketing and engineering teams for product development plans, schedules, and product introductions.
10. Works closely with various support organizations, logistics, and cross- functional teams from VN and all global to achieve successful new product roll-outs and developments.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
 ** Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/ Mechatronics / Electrical
** Experience & Skills
- Have from 10 to 15+ total years of experience in semiconductor industry.
+Equipment Sale : 3-5 years
+Automation background: 5 years
- Market Research
- Key accountant

- Management
